How long does review take?

We review new applications within a few days and will email you once your shop is approved.

Do I need a Shopify or Etsy store?

No — a directory listing with just a website or Instagram shop is always free. A Shopify or Etsy store lets us automatically pull in your products instead of you keeping a listing updated by hand.

Is it really free?

Directory listings are always free, with no commission and no setup fees. Starting in 2027, the optional Shopify or Etsy auto-feed (which keeps your products in sync automatically) will cost €3/month — the basic directory listing stays free either way.

Can I update my listing later?

Yes, just email us and we'll update your shop details any time.
